St John's College Changchun is overseen by the Board of Governors. This is a group of four governors. The Board meets both in the UK and in Changchun at regular intervals to review and evaluate performance at St John's College Changchun. Regular reports are received on all St John's matters from the Head and the Managing Governor. Inspection reports and recommendations will be directed to the Board which will then make adjustments in consultation with the Head and senior staff.
